Description
In this Virtual Session with D&I thought leader and expert, Juliet Bourke, Partner at Deloitte, we explore the popular concept of inclusive leadership - and go beyond the rhetoric to look at how to develop this capability in your organisations in India. Painting a picture of the future workplace, Juliet will remind us why inclusive leadership is critical to future business success, firmly establishing the case for change. She will share with us her research-based model to describe six signature traits of an inclusive leader, highlighting the competencies that leaders need to develop. Based on direct experience of assessing and coaching leaders, Juliet will help to bridge the gap between vision and reality by sharing unique insights on how organisations can cultivate inclusive capabilities across their leadership population.
