Set up in 2012, DIAN India (Diversity & Inclusion in Asia Network for India) is a unique network of leading organisations and professionals committed to progressing diversity and inclusion in India.
With meetings and projects facilitated by Community Business, D&I and HR professionals meet regularly to network, learn and share best practice – and ultimately, to drive change in their organisations.
Through the Network, individuals establish a strong network of relationships and deepen their understanding of diversity and inclusion in India, enabling them to both perform better in their roles as diversity practitioners as well as to drive their companies forward.
In addition, each year DIAN India members collaborate on a pioneering project (DIAN India Deliverable) designed to advance diversity and inclusion in India – in their own organisations and beyond.

Meetings
